Shipping & Delivery

We understand you'd like to receive your order as quickly as possible. That's why we do everything we can to ship your package carefully and quickly.

Delivery time

If you order on a working day before 4:00 PM?

We'll ship your order the same day. You'll usually receive your package within 1-2 business days in the Netherlands and 2-3 business days in Belgium.

During busy periods such as holidays or sales, delivery times may vary slightly, but we will of course keep you informed.

Postage costs

Netherlands & Belgium

We don't charge shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands and Belgium. Delivery is free for you as a customer.

Rest of Europe

Free shipping on orders over €75. Below this amount, we charge €6.95 for shipping.

Delivery

We work with reliable shipping partners like PostNL and DHL . As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with a track & trace link so you can follow your package.

Prefer delivery to a collection point or another time? You can indicate your delivery preference at checkout.

Not home?

No problem. The delivery person will usually return the next business day. Alternatively, you can leave your package with your neighbors or at a nearby collection point. You will always receive a notification from the carrier.
